And remember to ask yourself... Who do you think you are?

tears.

Well friends, lovers, or nothings... I hope this week has been going swell for you!

I have very recently watched two movies that have had a deep affect on me. The first one I watched last night, Paper Heart. This movie was originally about a musician/comedian who didn't believe in love and wanted to find out exactly what LOVE is. Over the course of the documentary, she meets a Michael Cera (Superbad) and they start dating. This documentary slowly combines with a love story and as their relationship
develops, she is traveling around the country, still trying to fin out what love is. She interviews divorced people, young lovers, a couple who had been married 50 years, a gay couple, and many more. In the end she discovers love is truly feasible and even if her and michael don't last, she knows love is out there.

The other movie, I just watched today, but I have been meaning to watch for a while. Brokeback Mountain starts off in 1963 with two cowboys working the summer together watching over sheep in Wyoming, and they end up falling in love. After parting ways, they each live their lives for 4 or so years, getting married and having kids. They meet up and their love rekindles and
they go on "fishing trips" a few times a year for 20 years. Heath Ledger's character eventually gets divorced and his ex-wife confronts him about his lover. I won't ruin the ending, but it is very emotional. This movie really speaks about love. Even though they two cowboys know it is
"wrong" to do what they do, they can't deny their love. People need to learn to respect how others love, stop their prejudices, and live their own lives without dictating how others live theirs.

Love is a powerful thing and is something everyone needs in their life. So NO H8.

PEACE.
