Here We Go!



I have a very good feeling that this is going to be a rad school year. New classes, new roommates, new dorm, and having a KITCHEN!!!

As you can tell, I am very excited to have a kitchen. I have now been a full VEGAN for 5 weeks. One of the best parts of being a vegan and moving into a apartment with a kitchen, is food experimentation! I love to try making normal things vegan or trying vegan recipes, so this year is going to be EPIC for me! And on top of it all, I happen to live right next to the organic supermarket in town! I'm pumped. It's really hard and sad leaving all those who I love here in Fountain Valley, but the prospect of having a kitchen makes me know I'll get through the year successfully!

Well, this was just a tiny post, my chocolate vegan cake is buzzing that it's done, so have a fabulous day!
