Hello all! I'm Holly, a 21 year old college student studying Anthropology, Art, and French at Humboldt State University. I appreciate you taking the time to check out what I'm up to and where I'm going on this crazy journey called LIFE! I hope you enjoy what I have to say, whether you're a diehard fan of mine, or just randomly reading my blog! Well thanks for stopping by and as always, have a fabulous day!

And remember to ask yourself... Who do you think you are?

MLIM

Ok. So I'm going to have to have a nerd session right now.

As you all should know, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 comes out very soon. In honor of this, I began re-reading the entire series in August, and just finished it tonight.

For those of you who haven't read these books, I feel sorry for you.

These books have brought together all kinds of people all around the world for one common hope -- Love. I'm not sure what is compelling me to write this on my blog but I just needed to write it. I didn't realize the last few chapters of the last book would effect me again as they have the past 2 times, but they did. I'll admit it, I cried a bit when Harry walked to his death with his deceased loved ones, and again when Harry, Hermione, and Ron walk into the Headmaster's office and all the Headmasters stand applauding him.

I think these books have such strong effects on us college aged kids, is because we literally grew up with Harry and his friends. We all longed for that Hogwarts acceptance letter to come to us when we turned 11 and we all tremble with anticipation of it all coming to an end in July.

But fret not my friends, Harry Potter will never end. Those of us who cherish our childhood memories and pass those and our love down to our children and our children's children, will never live without the magic and comfort of Harry Potter.
