These last 6 months have been pretty insane. Ever since January I've been sticking to my little self motivated life changing plan. January to May, I went to the gym twice a day, 5 days a week and yoga twice a week. Over the summer I went to the gym probably like 3-4 times a week. And now up here again, I'm going once a day, 5 days a week. I'm really excited and motivated this semester to continue my road to being whoI know I can be! This journey is more than just losing weight, it's getting healthy. I always have hid behind the "Oh, I'm a vegetarian, I'm healthy" but that can't be more untrue! Being a veg almost set me up for more of a downfall, not eating meat has made me turn to carbs and sugar. BUT now I've come to terms with that and am slowly but surely learning how to live and eat better. I can't say enough how excited I am for this semester, with harder classes and hard workouts, but I know I have the determination to do it all!
