P&R

So as you may know, I LOVE the TV show Parks and Recreation! It is, literally, the best current show. I promise you, every single episode makes me laugh until I cry. (Well, maybe not cry, but you get the point.) I also happen to be a fan of the website, Funny or Die. apparently they share my love for Parks and Rec, because nearly every friday, there's a new P&R joke that everyone's still laughing about. Heres a little lowdown on my favorite characters from my favorite show:

Leslie Knope

Amy Pohler plays an amazing Leslie. Her comedic style is perfect as well as her timing of jokes. She is extremely convincing and I wouldn't be surprised to meet Amy and have her turn out to be just like Leslie. Also, I totally had a dream I met Amy the other night and I was bawling my eyes out with excitement because she is truly incredible!

April Ludgate

Aubrey Plaza is fantastic! She is one of the few young, women comediennes that is really talented! Her dry, demonic sense of humor is purely perfect.

Ben Wyatt

Adam Scott is probably one of my favorite actors. EVER. Everything he does is amazing. Must I go one? Really? Go watch everything he has ever done. 

Chris Traeger

Once again, another amazing actor creating an amazing character! Rob Lowe is perfect as the obsessive crazy Chris! (He is also fantastic on the P&R "behind the scenes" spoof on Funny or Die) He LITERALLY makes the show better. 

Ann Perkins

I've loved Rashida Jones ever since her stint on The Office. I'm so happy she has P&R as her permeant show. She is utterly fantastic and relatable! And I just know, Ann WILL find a man soon! Fingers crossed!

RON SWANSON

Nick Offerman has created the single best fictional character ever to grace the small screen. Ron Swanson is my hero. I can't even explain why, but I love him. There I said it. I LOVE RON SWANSON. Maybe I just have a thing for fictional, mustached characters named Ron (Think Anchorman!), but whatever the endless reason why Mr. Swanson is incredible, we may never know.
